For companiesFor smaller orders, we recommend that you use our regular ordering.
For larger orders, please contact us in good time for us to ensure that we have products in stock. Make a request to us at email@example.com and indicate the products you are interested in, number, date of delivery, and delivery address and we will contact you as soon as possible.
PricesAll prices are in swedish crone (SEK) and including VAT if nothing else is stated. We reserve the right to change our prices and conditions without notice. We reserve the obviously erroneous prices.
Shipping CostDHL Service Point in Sweden: Shipping is always 49 SEK regardless of order size. Supplied to both private and business addresses. Goods that are bulky can not be sent to DHL Service Point.
Letter mailing within Sweden: Shipping is always 49 SEK regardless of order size. Supplied to both private and business addresses. Can only be selected for smaller goods and when the purchase price is less than 500.
Shipping to other countries in the shipping cost is approx. 250 SEK incl. VAT regardless of order size. You can see the exaxt shipping cost in the checkout. If possible, we will send the shipment by registered mail instead.
Ordering the only gift delivered by letter carrier free to both individuals and businesses.
Payment- Online Card Payment. Fee SEK 0 .
Payment may be made with VISA or Mastercard. We work with Samport / Tellus Pay is our payment switch, certified partners and approved by the card companies. When you make a card information sent through an encrypted connection directly to the bank and never reaches us.
PayPal- PayPal. Fee SEK 0 .
You must have a Paypal account to use this payment method. Once you approve your order, you are sent to PayPal to login and accept payment.
Provided for you as an individual to act against the bill is that you are over 18 years, is a Swedish citizen (Swedish security number) and have no credit history. The address you enter must be the address you are registered on.

Supply to other recipientsYou can choose delivery to another receiver when you get to the checkout. Supply to other recipients can only be done at the direct or card.
Shipping / DeliveryWe send the packages as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 business days from the time we received the order. Orders with products that are pre-ordered are sent as soon as all products are in stock.The packages delivered by mail, according to the Post's conditions, usually 1-2 days after the mailing date. Longer delivery can occur in foreign orders.

Pre-orderSome products can be pre-ordered if they are expected in stock shortly. Ordering takes place as usual in the online store. Products not in stockIf the item is set to be ordered, it means we do not have the item in stock. You order by acting as usual in the online store. Goods are ordered from our supplier after we receive the payment of your order. NOTE! Stated delivery time is approximate and may change slightly.
Please note that it is not open purchase or exchange rights on these goods!
Open purchaseIn the open purchase apply the conditions laid down in the distance and doorstep Act. It means that you have the right to cancel your purchase or switch to another product within 14 days from the receipt of goods, provided that the goods are unused and left in its original packaging. To change an article, contact us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the goods. You will receive a message back from mixin.se with the return number. You represent yourself for return shipping and transport risk if you wish to return or exchange an item. We will not solve the returned goods sent to the head or who are not fully stamped. When the returned goods are inspected by us and accepted the return, we'll send you exchange goods or reimburse the purchase price as soon as possible or within 30 days from the receipt of return. Note that you must pay any invoice, even if you returned a product.
In return, we recommend the Post Service Mail Customer Return ". You request a freight bill of entry or mail the agent and pay a freight unit of 105 SEK (from July 1, 2008) for packages up to 20 kg.
Right of withdrawal and open purchase in 14 days does not apply to companies.

If you upon receiving notice that the shipment is damaged transport, you should immediately complain to the Post or the delivery point. At the transport damage is not directly visible, you should notify the item within 7 days. Call the Post's customer service private so get them package with you and then we replace you with new products. Remember to keep the packaging with the goods unless otherwise agreed by the postal customer.

Personal dataPersonal information stored in our customer database when you register as a customer for us. No unauthorized access to the register and the data will not be communicated to other companies with the exception of Samport Bill and me who are our partners and handles payment and billing. We do not save personal number in our customer, it is only used in a bill payment to our partners Kreditor to make a credit check when you buy the invoice.
