You must be 18 years of age to shop at mixinhome.com. Delivery currently takes place within Sweden and to selected EU countries.
Each item is stated including VAT in Euro(€). In the checkout you see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping and payments. The current price is what is stated on mixinhome.com's website at the time of purchase. We reserve ourselves against obviously incorrect prices.
Payment is made through the chosen payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners.
Swish (only available in Sweden)
When paying with Swish, enter the mobile number at checkout and then approve the payment in the Swish app when you have completed the order. The recipient is "Mixin Handelsbolag".
Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Normally, the entire purchase price is debited at the time of purchase.
Shipping and Shipping Methods
Shipping costs are added to all orders with the exception of gift cards that are delivered free of charge. Within Sweden we deliver with DHL Service Point or PostNord Varubrev at a cost of SEK 69. In other countries we deliver with DHL Parcel Connect or PostNord at a cost of SEK 120-200. Bulky goods sometimes have a surcharge, current shipping cost is always shown at checkout.
Additional orders can be made without additional shipping costs as long as we have not started an existing order. This is handled automatically at checkout if you are logged in as a customer when you place your order.
Orders placed before 12am are processed on the same day and are normally delivered within 1-3 days. Longer delivery times may occur with high order intake.
Delivery to another recipient (only available in Sweden)
You can choose delivery to another recipient when you arrive at the checkout. Delivery to another recipient can only be made by payment with Swish or card. In the case of invoice or partial payment, we only send goods to the address specified when the purchase was approved.
Some items can be pre-ordered if they are expected in stock. Ordering takes place as usual in the online store. If you order other goods at the same time, they will be sent in the same delivery when the pre-ordered goods have arrived in stock. NOTE! The specified time when the item is expected in stock is approximate and may change slightly. Contact us if you want us to send what is in stock immediately, a standard shipping cost will be added then.
If the item has been specified as an order item, this means that we do not have the item in stock. You order by shopping as usual in the online store. The item is ordered from the supplier after we have received the payment of your order. The stated delivery time is approximate and may change slightly. Please note that there is no open purchase or exchange right on ordered goods.
DHL Service Point (only available in Sweden)
Delivered to both individuals and companies and picked up at DHL Service Point. Your package is delivered to the Service Point that is closest to your address if you have not selected another Service Point at checkout. Be sure to enter the correct mobile phone number for SMS notification. When handing over to the box (self-service), the code sent via SMS and a fee of f.n. SEK 256 is charged if the mobile number needs to be changed afterwards. Please note that if the recipient has not picked up the package from the delivery point within 14 days, the package will be returned to us according to DHL's terms.
DHL Parcel Connect
DHL Parcel Connect is used for deliveries to private consumers. The recipient is notified both when the parcel arrives at the destination country and when final delivery is
made via collection point or as a home delivery.
In the event of an uncollected package being returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you at least SEK 300 regardless of the purchase price to cover shipping / return shipping and administrative costs.
In the event of delayed delivery in DHL's transport chain, we reserve the right to replace the goods at the earliest after 60 days have elapsed from the date when the goods were sent. This is because we can not claim lost shipment earlier according to DHL's delivery terms.
Damaged goods and complaints
When receiving your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged or faulty. Should the product be faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible via e-mail to the address email@example.com and you will receive further instructions. You have a 3-year right of complaint according to Swedish law.
Right of withdrawal and open purchase
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product can be returned in original packaging and is in substantially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it must not be used beyond this. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Obligation to repay
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount of the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return cost yourself when the item is returned. We bear the shipping cost for sending goods again in case of exchange or complaint.
Personal data processing
In order to receive, handle and deliver your order, Mixin Handelsbolag will process your personal data. All our processing of personal data takes place in accordance with current personal data legislation. Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other extent beyond the control of a party and which prevent a party from fulfilling its obligations and release a party therefrom. Such exemption applies provided that the activity cannot be conducted under these conditions either. The other party shall be notified immediately of the circumstances which may apply this provision.
Change of contract terms
After the customer has completed a purchase, Mixin Handelsbolag does not have the right to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Swedish law shall apply to all purchases in accordance with these terms and conditions. Disputes regarding purchases in accordance with these terms and conditions shall be tried exclusively by a Swedish general court.
