We have no minimum order value.
For smaller orders, we recommend that you use our regular ordering.

For purchases from Norway and other countries outside the EU, VAT may be added in the destination country and customs clearance fee plus any customs. This will be charged later in the recipient country.
DHL Service Point in Sweden: Shipping cost is 49 SEK regardless of order size. Supplied to both private and business addresses. Goods that are bulky can not be sent to DHL Service Point.
DHL Paket within Sweden: Shipping cost is 179 SEK regardless of order size.
Letter mailing within Sweden: Shipping is always 49 SEK regardless of order size. Supplied to both private and business addresses. Can only be selected for smaller goods and when the purchase price is less than 500 SEK.
Shipping to countries in EU. The shipping cost is approx. 200 SEK incl. VAT regardless of order size. If possible, we will send the shipment by registered mail instead.

Payment may be made with VISA or Mastercard. We work with ePay/Bambora, our payment switch, certified partners and approved by the card companies. When you make a card information sent through an encrypted connection directly to the bank and never reaches us.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted at the time of ordering.
Supply to other recipients
You can choose delivery to another receiver when you get to the checkout. Supply to other recipients can only be done at the direct or card.
Shipping / Delivery
We send the packages as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 business days from the time we received the order, provided that we have all items in stock. Orders with products that are pre-ordered are sent as soon as all products are in stock.The packages delivered by mail, according to the Post's conditions, usually 1-2 days after the mailing date. Longer delivery can occur in foreign orders.
When supplies from us, you get the date represents a notification via e-mail to the email address you provided when ordering the moment.
Recorded can be delivered to both individuals and businesses and delivered to your nearest service point. In case unpatched package is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you at least 300 SEK regardless of purchase price to cover shipping/return and administrative costs.
Note that if the recipient has not collected the package from DHL Service Point within 14 days, the package will be returned to us according to DHL's terms and conditions.
Some products can be pre-ordered if they are expected in stock shortly. Ordering takes place as usual in the online store. If you order other items at the same time they are sent in the same shipment when the pre-ordered goods are received in stock. NOTE! Specified time when the product is expected in stock are approximate and may change slightly.
Products not in stock
If the item is set to be ordered, it means we do not have the item in stock. You order by acting as usual in the online store. Goods are ordered from our supplier after we receive the payment of your order. NOTE! Stated delivery time is approximate and may change slightly.
Please note that it is not open purchase or exchange rights on these goods!
In the open purchase apply the conditions laid down in the distance and doorstep Act. It means that you have the right to cancel your purchase or switch to another product within 14 days from the receipt of goods, provided that the goods are unused and left in its original packaging. before sending the goods. You will receive a message back from us with the return number. You are responsible for return shipping and transport risk if you wish to return or exchange an item. When the returned goods are inspected by us and accepted, we'll send you exchange goods or reimburse the purchase price as soon as possible or within 30 days.
Right of withdrawal and open purchase within 14 days does not apply to companies.

If you upon receiving notice that the shipment is damaged transport, you should immediately complain to the DHL Service Point or when you receive the goods. If the transport damage is not directly visible, you should contact us or DHL within 7 days. Remember to keep the packaging with the goods until further notice.
