Blackcurrant & Strawberry Rusks / "Friska Svartvinbär & Jordgubbsskorpor". A fresh rusk with flavors from nature. The tartness of the strawberries and the deeper flavor from blackcurrants give a lovely dark purple color and wonderful taste. Net weight 200 g.
The rusks from Emmas Skafferi have a wide variety of flavors, but they all have in common that they contain genuine ingredients. They are wonderful to enjoy as a classic coffee or tea rusks but also go well with a sweet wine. The rusks are packed in a paper bag with nice illustrations in lovely colours and Swedish text.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, fully hardened sunflower oil, sunflower oil, strawberries, blackcurrant puree, MILK, water, EGGS, (water, salt, acid, (citric acid)), freeze-dried strawberries, blackcurrants, coconut fat, baking powder (Baking powder E450, E500ii, starch (WHEAT E170) , vanilla sugar, salt, aroma, emulsifier (E322 (sunflower)), milk treatment agent (E300), acidity regulator (E330).
May contain traces of nuts and almond.
Nutritional value per 100g: Energy 1510 kJ / 361 kcal, fat 15g of which saturated fat 7g, carbohydrates 51g of which sugars 20g, protein 5.7g, salt 2.8g.
