The book helps with the evening routine because the child should go and put a little teddy bear to bed, that belongs to the book. The teddy can be moved around when six different moments are to be done before it is time to sleep. The teddy bear is going to learn how to pick up the things (there are two toys with velcro straps to be stuck in a storage box), brush the teeth (loose toothbrush hanging in a string) etc. Thick handles make it easy to carry the book, the zipper around keeps everything in place.
